I offer you turkey medallions marinated in honey-rosemary marinade, which gives the meat an interesting shade. This dish will pleasantly diversify not only everyday life, but also decorate the festive table.
Mix in a bowl: parmesan, garlic (crushed), rosemary, balsamic vinegar, pepper mixture, honey, salt. We get a kind of marinade.
Put the turkey medallions in a plastic bag and pour over the marinade. Tie the package and shake well several times so that the marinade covers the meat. Refrigerate for an hour.
Then we take it out of the package (we do not remove the stuck pieces) and put it in a heat-resistant baking dish.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. The time depends on the thickness of the pieces, the readiness can be checked with a fork.
Prepare mashed potatoes according to your favorite recipe, put a piece of turkey on the mashed potatoes. I decorated the cheesecakes with tubes and dried tomatoes (it’s good that I cooked them myself), but this is optional.
