This version of shish kebab is suitable for cooking in the oven. After all, picnics can be not only in nature. But also at home, for example, on the balcony or on the carpet in front of the TV. If you suddenly want a barbecue at home – this simple recipe will always help out!
To prepare such a barbecue, it is best to use Turkey thigh fillet. Cut it into pieces about 4*4 cm
Thinly slice a large onion into rings or half-rings.
For the marinade, combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, vinegar, pepper and water.
Lightly wash the onion with your hands and add to the marinade, mix
Mix the Turkey slices with the marinade and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Such shish kebab in raw pickled form is stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to 3 days. So it can be safely marinated for the future.
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes. Then string the pieces of shish kebab on them.
On a baking sheet, place the grill from the oven, put the skewers on it. Carefully put all the onion and mayonnaise on top.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the skewers in the oven for about 30 minutes. If there is a grill, then brown under the grill at the end.
