Warm Shrimp and Zucchini Salad Recipe
Salad based on the famous Jamie Oliver. Light, low-calorie, spicy, delicious… and so forth! I wanted to make a salad of zucchini and seafood and found this recipe on the website of a celebrity. Products a bit switched out. Instead of lime took a lemon instead of fresh ginger-dry. Sharpness regulated under themselves. Just love it!

  • 2tablespoons olive oilor sunflower, or nut
  • 1teaspoon Lemon zestgrated with fresh lemon, or in the original lime zest
  • 1tablespoon Lemon juiceor in the original lime

  • GingerI have dry, in original version a fresh, to taste
  • Chili pepperto taste, I cut a few rings to taste
  • Coriander
  • Herbsin original version parsley, cilantro, mint for applying, I have only parsley
Instructions
  1. I have shrimp is already boiled and frozen. Thawed and cleaned. Products need to prepare all at once. Removed the zest from the lemon, a slice of lemon cut for juice. Zucchini cut thin. It’s big, and I cut it into thin quarters. From pepper chili cut off several rings, by removing kernels.
  2. Put on the fire pan, pour a little. I use olive oil and heat it. Spread the shrimp.
  3. Add the zest, ginger and coriander, chili pepper. Stir and fry for about 2 minutes until the prawns have a Golden hue. Remove from heat and let them cool for a minute before putting the zucchini and juice.
  4. Spread the zucchini, pour them with lemon juice or as in the original-lime juice. Stir and fry to keep them crisp, just a little, 3-5 minutes.
  5. This is done. Turn off the heat.
  6. Pour soy sauce. Stir.
  7. Spread in a salad bowl and serve warm this salad, sprinkled with herbs. I have parsley.
  8. Eat and enjoy this salad!
