Fruits should be washed very carefully, as we will use the zest.
So, with a lemon knife or grater, thinly, thinly remove the zest. We will only need the yellow part, make sure that the white part of the lemon does not get into our “Phantom”, otherwise it will be bitter. And just remove the white part from the lemon (or slice it).
Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon. For example, I completely twisted it in a blender (I previously removed the bones).
