  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Melt a chocolate bar in a water bath.
  2. Prepare the coconut shavings and pastry sprinkles.
  3. Each strawberry is alternately dipped in chocolate then in coconut shavings or sprinkles
  4. Place on a wire rack to completely solidify the chocolate.
  5. Serve in any convenient bowl.
