  1. In a cup, brew a bag of green tea with chamomile. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then take out the tea bag.
  2. Squeeze the juice from 2 oranges. Strain from the seeds.
  3. Prepare carrot juice. If you are ready, just measure 200 ml.
  4. Now just combine all the ingredients: tea, orange juice, carrot juice and mix.
  5. That’s it! Our healthy cocktail is ready! Before serving, put ice in glasses.
