Melon Cocktail with Ginger Recipe

  1. Cut the melon into cubes and put it in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours. Frozen melon is very well beaten into a homogeneous, tender mass.
  2. Put the frozen melon slices in the blender bowl, add orange juice and half of the sparkling water. Whisk everything together.
  3. Add honey, lime juice, ginger (here focus on your taste, I added 1 teaspoon) and the remaining carbonated water. Once again, whisk everything well. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
