  1. Bake the apple until tender. I cook it in the microwave, covered with a plate on top. Of course, you can cook it in the oven, but it’s faster this way.
  2. Remove the skin and all the insides, leaving on the same plate where the apple was baked, since a lot of sweet juice is released during baking. You can grind it to a homogeneous mass with a blender.
  3. Add French mustard (of course, it can be simple, but the French taste is much more interesting), add salt and pepper (I really like sea salt for this recipe), mix thoroughly until smooth, try!
  4. Give a more liquid consistency and delicate flavor to olive oil, you can add more / less, I indicated the proportions for two portions of sauce.
  5. And the final chord is freshly squeezed lemon juice.
