Apple bake until tender.
I do it in the microwave with a plate on top.
Of course, you can do it in the oven, but it's faster.
Remove the skin and all the entrails, leaving on the same plate where the Apple was baked,
since during baking a lot of sweet juice is released.
Grind until smooth, you can blender, but we like a more "rough" consistency when across small pieces of Apple.
Add French mustard (of course, it is possible and easy, but French is much more interesting taste), add salt and pepper (salt for this recipe, I really like the sea), carefully stir until smooth, trying!
Add more liquid consistency and delicate aroma with olive oil,
it can be added more/less, I specified the proportions of the two portions of the sauce.
