  2. Peel the pineapple and remove the core. Cut it into cubes and chop it in a blender. Chopped and peeled bananas.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of the strawberries and add to the rest of the fruit in a blender and whisk. I immediately load the strawberries into a blender and whisk all the ingredients well. Fruits and berries are ripe, juicy, sweet, so we do not add sugar or water.
  4. The result was a thick smoothie.
