  1. Ingredients for smoothies.
  2. Pineapple peeled off the skin and removed the core. Cut it into cubes and crushed in a blender. Crushed and peeled bananas.
  3. From strawberries squeeze juice and add to the rest of the fruits in a blender and shake. I have strawberry downloaded at once in a blender and blend well all the ingredients. Fruits and berries are ripe, juicy, sweet, so sugar, water is not added.
  4. The result was a thick smoothie.
  5. Smoothie is fragrant, sweet and very tasty!
