Apple Jelly with Nectarines Recipe
The original dessert. I’ve never seen jelly made from baby puree, usually juice. It was interesting.

  1. Applesauce (I bought baby applesauce without sugar) put in a saucepan. If you like it sweeter, you can add sugar to taste.
  2. Add gelatin and let it brew for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the nectarines and prepare a mold, preferably silicone. Or a few small cupcake molds.
  4. After 30 minutes, heat the apple mass, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not bring it to a boil!
  5. Cool slightly, add the nectarines and stir.
  6. Add cinnamon to taste. Put the mass into a mold and send it to the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, until it completely solidifies.
