Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the vegetables.
Boil the chicken legs over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Fry the onion, garlic, and carrot in olive oil until Golden brown.
After cooking the chicken legs, let the meat cool and separate it from the bones.
In a blender bowl, add the chicken meat, roast, yogurt, spices and chop.
Pate is ready. It is better to put it in a glass container. You can serve both cold and hot. Perfect for sandwiches.
