  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the vegetables.
  2. Boil the chicken legs over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
  4. Fry the onion, garlic, and carrot in olive oil until Golden brown.
  5. After cooking the chicken legs, let the meat cool and separate it from the bones.
