All year round, our body needs nutrients. But especially in autumn. This drink from dried apricots and sea buckthorn contains fiber, vitamins, carotenoids, trace elements. And only one of its cheerful color, this orange miracle is able to cheer up.

  1. Wash dried apricots well. Sea buckthorn, if it is fresh, wash. And if frozen, then just measure out the right amount
  2. Pour dried apricots and sea buckthorn with water, put on the stove, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove and leave to cool. After the broth has cooled, leave it to infuse at room temperature for 10-12 hours (for example, overnight).
  3. Then grind the drink with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
  4. To get rid of sea buckthorn seeds and coarse dried apricot fibers, wipe everything through a sieve.
  5. Pour the finished drink into a jug. I don’t add sugar at all, I like it that way, natural, sweet and sour. But if you want, you can add sugar or honey to taste.
