Georgian Salad with Pomegranate Recipe
We celebrated the New Year in our favorite Georgian restaurant, where the colorful hostess Gia always treats us very tasty and satisfying. That’s why he made us the most popular salad in his restaurant with pomegranate. To say that it is delicious is to say nothing. And most importantly, it’s very simple and affordable. On the same day, I wrote down a recipe for myself and now I will cook it more than once.

Instructions
  1. Boil the beef together with the bay leaf, season with salt and pepper. Cut into small pieces. I disassembled the fibers, but I got a little thick, next time I’ll cut smaller. Generously brush with Tartar sauce. I have a thin mesh in the photo, but then I added it, because there was not enough juiciness.
  2. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes and sprinkle with beef. Grease with a small amount of sauce.
  3. Cut the beetroot into cubes the same as the cucumber and sprinkle with the next layer.
  4. Sprinkle the last layer generously with pomegranate seeds. Let it soak in the refrigerator for 1 hour and you can eat.
