Mojito is a Cuban drink that quenches your thirst on a hot summer day! It has a light chill of mint, and the freshness of lime, and the aroma of strawberries! A little away from the classics, revive this Cuban drink bright berry and give a new unique taste! Ready?
We will collect the necessary ingredients for our cocktail. Interrupts the leaves from the sprigs of mint and mash/tear with their hands, so they actively gave their aromas to the beverage, and are sent to the glasses! It is preferable to use special cocktail glasses of 350-400 ml!
Cut the lime into thin slices.
In each glass, pour 1 tsp cane sugar. Good knead with a spoon, you can use a wooden pestle or mortar!
Cut strawberries in halves or quarters-depending on its size!
In glasses squeeze out the juice from each slice of lime and the slices themselves are sent to the glass-let them fill the cocktail with their own flavors!
Then fill the glass with crushed ice (or as you like).
To make an ice crumb without a special device, I send the ice cubes to the package and crush them with a rolling pin – it’s optional!
On top of the ice put strawberries and fill the glass to the top with Sprite or carbonated table water! Here, too, proceed from your own preferences!
If you add 50 ml of white rum to a glass – get an alcoholic Mojito! 😉
