I belong to the category of people who do not like a hearty Breakfast. But I like to drink smoothies with great pleasure. I want to share with you one of my favorite drinks. Delicious, nourishing and nutritious. Just five minutes and Breakfast is ready!
Oat flakes grind in a coffee grinder or mix with milk and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Cookies grind into crumbs in any way and pour into a small bowl. I've broken it off with a wooden pestle. The rim of the glass to lubricate a thin layer of cream cheese. Lower the rim into the crumbled cookies. Shake off excess. Similarly, prepare a second glass.
