In a strawberry smoothie, kefir can be used instead
of yogurt. I sometimes do it with 2.5% kefir.
But a milkshake will be a little more liquid than yogurt.
I use lactose-free yogurt. I am intolerant of her.
The juice can be any fruit or berry.
I added a freshly squeezed orange, because there is an orange in
the dandelion jam.
