- 1 slice Ginger fresh root 3-4 cm long
- 1/4 piece Lemon large
- Strawberry to taste
- Strawberry syrup to taste

- In a teapot or thermos pour tea leaves and pour boiling water, add ginger, lemon, currant leaves and a few strawberries, close the lid and let stand for 20-30 minutes or longer. The longer the tea is infused, the richer and brighter the taste. Add strawberry syrup or strawberry jam and infused tea to the heated cups. Bon appetit!
