The salad is simple in composition, but very presentable. And insanely delicious and satisfying. Delicate, with a spicy taste.

  1. Cut the greens finely, cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
  2. Pepper and eggs cut into small cubes. The ham is disassembled into fibers or like me, cut into cubes, like potatoes.
  3. Assemble the salad in layers: 1) potatoes+mayonnaise 2) cucumbers 3) chicken+mayonnaise 4) bulgarian pepper 5) eggs+mayonnaise 6) greens 7) mushrooms
