  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Beans and cabbage pre-fold in a colander. Boil the egg and peel it. You can cook an egg in a steep, then the liquid yolk will act as a sauce and can replace mayonnaise.
  2. Put everything in our helper food processor.
  3. Grind with a knife attachment.
  4. Cut the bread and, if desired, dry it under the grill or in the toaster. Spread the pate and serve to taste. I have sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and parsley.
