Step 1
Peel and chop the onion and carrot. Then pour the oil into a saucepan and put the chopped vegetables there. Fry for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces. And send it to the pot, too.
Step 2
Then pour 900 ml. water and cook for 20 minutes.
Using a submerged blender, chop all the vegetables to a puree. Then put the soup on a slow fire.
Step 3
Cut the poultry or bacon and send it to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes and serve with crackers.
