Summer and ice cream does not happen much! I offer a version of strawberry ice cream-moderately sweet, with a fresh creamy strawberry flavor, without eggs and only three ingredients!

  1. Punch strawberries with a blender.
  2. I do not like small strawberry seeds, so I rubbed them, poured them into a wide container and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat the yogurt and condensed milk with a mixer. If the yogurt is liquid and not greasy, then the ice cream will look more like sorbet.
  4. Add cold mashed potatoes from the freezer.
  5. Beat with a blender. Cover and put in the freezer. I left it for the night.
  6. After 12 hours in the freezer, I put the ice cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes-to make it softer – I did not stir or beat it during the freezing process. Spread out on the cremans and enjoy!
