Unusual supply of ice cream in the form of a cake, just a fabulous treat for children and adults. The aroma of vanilla, the taste of sweet marshmallow with a taste of bitter chocolate, barely perceptible sour yogurt - it's insanely delicious! Invite on a Cup of coffee, my expensive!!!
In a bowl stelem food film or paper and spread evenly oily mixture of cookies, distributing on the bottom, making the bumpers.
Put it in the fridge.
Cut into pieces of marshmallows, RUB the lemon zest and gently make chocolate chips.
Boil the milk.
Yolks mix with vanilla sugar and brown, whisk white.
Continuing to whisk the yolks, introduce warm milk.
Put on fire the milk-yolk mixture, strongly heat, but do not boil.
Add the zest and cool.
Mix the marshmallows and chocolate chips, stir.
Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours, stir every hour to make the ice cream smooth.
Ice cream spread on the cake in the form of a dome.
For the glaze, mix cottage cheese, yogurt and powdered sugar, beat everything and cool.
Pour the glaze and again remove to the freezer until it solidifies.
Before serving the cake, remove the film and decorate the top as desired, or chocolate chips, or like me, melted bitter chocolate and caused a pattern, put on top of the marshmallow pieces.
