  1. Cut some strawberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour balsamic sauce (not vinegar! These are very different things, the sauce is thicker and sweeter and is ideal for desserts).

  2. Whisk the remaining strawberries with a blender. Next, in the original recipe, it was necessary to rub the whipped strawberries through a very fine sieve. Thus, we will get a strawberry coolie-a cross between mashed potatoes and juice. I must admit, I have neither the desire nor the time to do this. I don't see any point in throwing out vitamins and wasting extra time. In my opinion, whipped strawberries already have a fairly liquid consistency.

  3. In the strawberry coolie (well, or just whipped strawberries), add a ball of ice cream, pickled berries earlier and sprinkle with basil leaves. If you are afraid to experiment with basil (although this is a classic combination in cooking, but it gives a light bitter-spicy note), you can replace it with mint leaves or do it without herbs at all. In any case, it will be very tasty! That's it! Our strawberry refreshing soup is ready! Bon Appetit!
