  1. Cut pineapples into small cubes, grapes into round pieces. Peking cabbage is cut into strips (only the green part), garlic is passed through the press.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and mix gently.
  3. It feeds on the leaves of Chinese cabbage.
