One of my favorite salads. Crispy vegetables, sweet red onion, mussels combined with nut dressing will surprise any gourmet.

Instructions
Boil the broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then divide it into inflorescences. In the same water, boil the mussels for 4 minutes.
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Onion cut into half rings, garlic small straws.
Chop the pine nuts.
Add soy sauce, mustard, olive oil to the nuts, mix and season the salad.
