Pour a tablespoon of green tea with 100 ml of boiling water, add a couple of lime slices.
Pour ayran over the flakes and set aside for a few minutes.
Add filtered (chilled) green tea to the flakes, a little lime juice (a teaspoon will be enough), sugar and beat for a couple of minutes with a mixer.
