Puffs with Condensed Milk and Lime Recipe
You can quickly prepare puffs with a very delicate and unusual cream!!! To the Cup of coffee such Selecci would be quite nice!!!
Instructions
  1. Defrost puff pastry, roll out slightly, cut into squares and put in molds for cupcakes (I have silicone). Grate the lime zest and squeeze the juice out of it.

  2. Combine cream and sugar, add yolks, and then condensed milk mixed with zest and lime juice. All well beat. Put the resulting cream in puff pastry cups.

  3. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool well...
