Instructions
For the preparation of products. Wash the fruits.
Cut the quince into washers, remove the seeds from the plum. Put it in a saucepan, add spices and salt.
Pour in the juice (you can add a little water), cook for 15 minutes.
Lay out the quince, whisk the remaining puree with a blender.
Boil the plum-pomegranate sauce to the desired thickness, adding sugar. Serve for dessert. BON APPETIT!!!
