Prepare the brew. One tablespoon of flour (from the total number) mixed with yeast. In warm milk (60 ml) dissolve the sugar and stir in the flour mixture (flour with baking powder), whisk. Put a bowl of sourdough in a warm place until the formation of a foam cap, 20 minutes.
Prepare the dough. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add milk, vegetable oil, sourdough, vanilla and mix.
Sift the remaining flour through a sieve. Then mix with salt. In small parts, add to the liquid mixture-flour, knead a smooth, soft dough that does not stick to the hands.
Grease a clean bowl with vegetable oil (0.5 tbsp.), put the dough and scroll. Close the bowl with a film and put in a warm place to increase the dough 2-3 times.
Prepare the filling. Apples (2 PCs) peel and seeds, cut into slices.
At the plum remove the bones and cut into 2 parts.
In butter, melt the sugar.
Put the plum and simmer a little (2 minutes) until medium soft. It all depends on the plum, hard or soft. Then spread the plum on a dish. The syrup is left behind.
To decorate the cake, take the red Apple and remove the seeds, cut into slices. Simmer until medium soft.
Coming up the dough and give abenaim (20 minutes) up under the film.
Spread the dough on a cutting Board and divide into 3 parts.
Roll out each part of the dough into a circle.
With a rolling pin, transfer the circle to a greased baking tray or baking dish (f=28 cm). Grease the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with starch (1 tsp).
Spread the plum on the dough. On the plum, put the second rolled circle and grease it with oil, sprinkle with starch (1 tsp).
Arrange the Apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bend the edges of the cake.
The third part of the dough is rolled into a layer and cut into strips. Curly stripes cover the top of the cake.
And to decorate the cake, prepare the dough and slices of red Apple roses.
Put the Apple slices on the strips, close the edge of the strip with the dough and form the roses.
Decorate the cake with roses and cover with foil. Remove the baking sheet in a warm place to increase the pie in 2 times, for 20 minutes.
Put the form with the cake in a well-heated to t 180 C oven, for 30 minutes or until Golden brown. Then grease the cake with beaten egg yolk (with 1 tbsp milk + 1 pinch of sugar) and 2 minutes in the oven until shiny.
