Prepare a decoction. Mix one tablespoon of flour (of the total amount) with yeast. In warm milk (60 ml), dissolve the sugar and pour in the flour mixture (flour with baking powder), whisk. Place the bowl carefully in a warm place until a foam cap forms, for 20 minutes.
Prepare the dough. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add milk, vegetable oil, sourdough, vanilla and mix.
Sift the remaining flour through a sieve. Then mix with salt. Add flour to the liquid mixture in small parts, knead a smooth, soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Grease a clean bowl with vegetable oil (0.5 tbsp. l.), lay out the dough and scroll. Cover the bowl with a film and put it in a warm place so that the dough increases 2-3 times.
Prepare the filling. Apples (2 pcs) peel and seeds, cut into slices.
Remove the seeds from the plum and cut into 2 parts.
Melt the sugar in the butter.
Put the plums and simmer a little (2 minutes) until medium soft. It all depends on the plum variety, hard or soft. Then put the plum on a platter. The syrup remains.
To decorate the cake, take a red apple and, after removing the bones, cut into slices. Simmer over low heat until medium soft.
Knead the dough and let it come up (20 minutes) under the film.
Place the dough on a cutting board and divide into 3 parts.
Roll out each piece of dough into a circle.
Using a rolling pin, transfer the circle to a greased baking sheet or baking dish (f = 28 cm). Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with starch (1 tsp).
Spread the plum on the dough. Put the second rolled circle on the plum and grease it with oil, sprinkle with starch (1 tsp).
Lay out the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Fold the edges of the cake.
Roll out the third part of the dough into a layer and cut into strips. Cover the top of the cake with curly strips.
And to decorate the cake, prepare the dough and slices of red apple roses.
Put the apple slices on strips, cover the edges of the strip with dough and form rosettes.
Decorate the cake with roses and cover with foil. Remove the baking sheet to a warm place so that the pie increases by 2 times, for 20 minutes.
Place the cake pan in a well-heated oven to 180 C for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Then grease the pie with beaten egg yolk (with 1 tablespoon of milk + 1 pinch of sugar) and bake in the oven for 2 minutes until shiny.
