  1. Wash the quinoa in a sieve and boil it (the ratio of cereals).:water – 1:2, cooking time 15-20 minutes). Grate the carrots, slice the avocado, and cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  2. For the dressing, mix the mustard, lime juice and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients with the dressing. Our great salad is ready, bon appetit!
