Boil the green peas for 3-5 minutes in boiling salted water.

Finely chop the parsley.
For dressing, mix 1, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing, mix well again.
Ideally, you should let the salad brew in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour, but I'll tell you: and immediately it is very, very tasty!
