Seaweed Salad with Meat Recipe

Instructions
  1. Pour cold water over the dried seaweed and leave for 30 minutes. Wash the soaked cabbage, sort it out
  2. Cut into strips (I like it that way, wide ribbons) and pour a weak solution of acetic acid (10%) for 10 minutes (if you do not like the sourness, then do not use vinegar), rinse and drain
  3. Cut a piece of fat meat into thin slices and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Remove from the stove.
  4. Fry the sesame seeds
  5. Combine the fried meat, seaweed, sesame seeds, season (soy sauce, ground coriander, hot pepper and paprika, black pepper, a whisper of sugar and crushed garlic). If desired, add your favorite greens. Stir and let stand. Similarly, a salad without meat is prepared. You can replace the fried meat with boiled and chopped eggs.
