Cut the pepper into strips.
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Pour in the brine from the seaweed.
I always take one where the brine consists of water, vegetable oil, sugar and salt.Leave for at least 2 hours. Put it in the refrigerator.
I do this mostly in the morning, and in the evening ( or in the afternoon) I already have a delicious salad.
