Seaweed Salad with Meat Recipe

Ingredients
  • 75gram Seaweed
  • 300gram Meat(used pork. Beef, red and white poultry meat is perfect)
  • 2tablespoons Sesame
  • 2cloves Garlic
  • Spice mix( ground coriander, hot pepper and paprika, black pepper, a pinch of sugar)
  • Soy sauceto taste
Instructions
  1. Fill the dried seaweed with cold water and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse the soaked cabbage and sort it out.
  2. Cut into strips (I like it that way, wide ribbons) and pour a weak solution of acetic acid (10%) for 10 minutes (if you don’t like sourness, don’t use vinegar), rinse and strain.
  3. Cut a piece of fatty meat into thin slices and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Remove from the stove.
  4. Fry the sesame seeds.
  5. Mix the fried meat, seaweed, sesame seeds and season (soy sauce, ground coriander, hot pepper and paprika, black pepper, a pinch of sugar and crushed garlic). If desired, add your favorite greens. Stir and let it brew. Similarly, a salad without meat is prepared. Fried meat can be replaced with boiled and sliced eggs.
