Warm Salad with Chicken Breast and Nectarines Recipe
My friend’s favorite salad. Very simple to prepare.

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce for 1 hour.
  2. Cut the nectarines into 6 pieces. Fry the nectarines in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 30 seconds on each side until brown. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the chicken breast for 1 minute on each side.
  3. To make a salad dressing: mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
  4. Put the salad mix on a plate. Place the fried chicken breast next to it and the fried nectarines on top of it. Pour over the dressing. Serve immediately.
