- Cut the mushrooms into quarters, chicken fillet into thin slices, and cut the beans into half. In a pan with the addition of olive oil, fry the chicken fillet, mushrooms, and beans. At the end of frying, add salt, pepper to taste, cream of Modena, mustard and a small amount of water. As soon as all the ingredients are steamed, remove from the heat.
