Cut the cherry into quarters, cut the cucumber and radish into strips.
Put the salad mix in a deep bowl. In the salad mix, add chopped cherry quarters and cucumber with radish straws.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters, chicken fillet into thin slices, and cut the beans into half. In a pan with the addition of olive oil, fry the chicken fillet, mushrooms, and beans. At the end of frying, add salt, pepper to taste, cream of Modena, mustard and a small amount of water. As soon as all the ingredients are steamed, remove from the heat.
On a serving plate, put the mix with vegetables, top with fried vegetables with fillets and pour the resulting sauce. Decorate the finished dish with pea sprouts and pour a small amount of balsamic cream.
