Cut the cherry into quarters, cut the cucumber and radish into strips.
Put the salad mix in a deep bowl. In the salad mix, add chopped cherry quarters and cucumber with radishes.
Mushrooms cut into quarters, chicken fillet-thin slices, beans cut into half. In a pan with the addition of olive oil, fry the chicken, mushrooms, beans. At the end of frying, add salt, pepper to taste, mustard and a small amount of water. Once all ingredients are steamed, remove from heat.
On a serving plate, put the mix vegetables on top of sauteed vegetables with the fillets and pour the resulting sauce. The finished dish is decorated with pea sprouts and pour a small amount of balsamic cream.
