  1. Here is such a set of products, I think, will be found today in the refrigerator of many housewives. Smoked meats are “friends” with apple, cheese – with sweet pepper, and we will combine them together based on mutual love for celery (who does not like celery – do not add or replace it with cucumber). The main thing is the proportion: 2/3 – vegetables, 1/3 – everything else. Despite the presence of cheese in the composition, the salad is quite low-calorie – 90 kcal per 100 g.
  2. I prefer to chop pepper, meat, apple and celery finely, the products are heavy, and you can not be afraid that you will get “porridge”, grate cheese on a coarse grater, you will get pieces comparable in size to the rest of the ingredients. All ingredients are combined and mixed.
  3. Everything can be put on a plate, add greens and eat just like that – the salad turns out incredibly juicy and, again, has a rather complex taste in itself and does not need dressing.
