- 3 twig Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Egg boiled
- 100 gram Beef boiled
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
- 2 pieces Celery root
- Parsley
- Black pepper, salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- Cut the meat into thin strips and add to the salad. Add the spices and oil. Remove the onion from the marinade and add it to the salad. Stir. In a plate, put randomly chopped lettuce leaves, on top of the salad. Clean the egg and cut it into thin slices, put it in a salad circle. Garnish with parsley.
