Beetroot Salad with Raisins and Bacon Recipe
Very simple salad. Beets are very tasty and beautiful!

Instructions
  1. Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut a couple of strips of raw bacon finely and fry in a dry pan until lightly crunched, cool.
  3. Add the bacon and raisins to the beets and add a little salt. Season the salad with soft melted cheese and mix.
