Beetroot, stewed with Beans and Raisins Recipe
Quite an interesting combination of ingredients for hot meals, but nevertheless, delicious. And, importantly, useful.

  1. Beets cut into cubes, beans and raisins washed.
    Beets cut into cubes, beans and raisins washed.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil, put the beets and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add water to barely cover the beets, pour the raisins, salt and simmer until soft beets on the fan. Meanwhile, cut the greens and garlic. Best suited cilantro, but if you do not like and do not eat, you can use parsley. But I strongly advise it cilantro.
