Summer is a time for light and refreshing desserts. And ordinary berry jelly can be turned into a dessert if you make it thicker and add sauce. Get a delicious, light, refreshing, healthy and also satisfying dessert.
For kissel, take any red berries. I have red currants, raspberries and cherries. Wash the berries and remove the seeds from the cherries.
Cook the berries in water with sugar for 5 minutes.
Starch is diluted in a small amount of cold water.
RUB the cooked berries through a sieve, then boil again, adding starch.
The jelly is very thick. And while it is not cold, you need to spread it on the cremans and decorate with fresh berries. Put the cold one in the refrigerator.
Prepare the sauce.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolk with the starch.
Heat the milk with vanilla sugar and pour the yolk into it.
Whisk the protein and sugar into a strong foam and mix with the still hot sauce.
Cool the sauce and put it in the refrigerator.
Pour the frozen jelly with the cooled sauce and decorate as desired.
Bon Appetit!
