Prepare real marmalade at home. In the composition of homemade sweets, only natural berries. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your taste. Marmalade can be prepared from both fresh berries and frozen raw materials. As a gelling product, use-agar-agar or pectin. Silicone molds for ice, chocolate or cookies are ideal for forming.

Add to the berry puree and mix. Cook for two minutes with constant stirring
The berry mass thickens quickly, so all products should be prepared in advance and be at hand.
Add the remaining sugar and honey. continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, constantly stirring the mixture.
The temperature of the mixture is 106 degrees ( if there is a cooking thermometer). When the mass begins to become covered with bubbles, remove from the heat, pour in the lemon juice and mix.
Immediately lay out the berry mixture on the prepared silicone forms. It turns out 30 sweets. I put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After this time, the berry mass hardens and is easily removed from the forms.
If desired, the candy can be rolled in fine sugar and dried.
