The time specified does not include freezing.
Wash and dry the berries and mint.
I fill the mint with cold water, adding salt, this is to remove unwanted insects. Then rinse in running water.
You can also use previously frozen berries.
Put it in the bowl of a blender and chop it. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water.
Mix the syrup and berry puree. Try again.
Spread out on the molds for freezing.
Put it in the freezer for freezing.
Put the frozen cubes in a container and store them in the freezer.
Cool tea and coffee. Add to the mineral water – very berry, delicious!
