Prepare products for making fruit ice. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Fresh strawberries can be replaced with ice cream or berry puree.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, mix it with water, add 2 tbsp. l. without a hill of sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved. Mash the strawberries or chop them with a blender along with 2 tbsp of sugar. Prepare the kiwi puree and mix it with the remaining sugar.
Prepare two molds or disposable plastic cups. Put the strawberry puree on the bottom of the molds and put it in the freezer for two hours.
After the berry puree freezes on top of it pour lemon water with sugar and freeze again.
Put the last layer of kiwi puree. In the middle of the mold, place the sticks and send the fruit ice to the freezer until it is completely frozen.
In order to remove the fruit ice from the molds, it is enough to lower them for a few seconds in warm water.
