Prepare the ingredients for the ice cream. Berries can be any, I have honeysuckle. Honeysuckle is not a very sweet berry, so the amount of sugar is up to you.
Sour cream can be any fat content, but the fatter, the tastier the ice cream will be. And, of course, do not take sour cream. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar, and purple Basil leaves. Punch with a blender until fluffy.
Add berries of honeysuckle. Honeysuckle, in my opinion, goes well with Basil.
I wanted the ice cream to have berry slices in it. So I turned on the blender several times for a few seconds, until I was satisfied with the consistency. If you want a homogeneous mixture, then punch until smooth in the usual way.
Arrange the ice cream in the molds and send it to the freezer for a few hours (overnight).
