  1. Grate the cheese.
  2. Add corn (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
  3. Add the chopped, hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Add the pickled cucumbers, cut into small cubes.
  5. Finely chop the green onion, add to the rest of the ingredients. Season with a mixture of peppers. I didn’t add any salt, so be guided by your taste, given the salinity of the cheese and cucumbers. Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise, mix and serve.
