  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
  2. Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with vinegar and sugar. Pour in the meat and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat into cubes. In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown. Cool it down.
  4. Cucumbers are washed and cut into half rings.
  5. For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of oil, pepper.
  6. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and chicken, pour the dressing and mix.
  7. When serving, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds. A delicious and simple salad is ready.
